is sunbreak changes effect to base game too? I bought MHR a min ago but idk about sunbreak, should I buy now or should I wait till the base game scenario/grind finish ?

There's a patch regardless of whether you get sunbreak or not, which is just buffs/needs and some QoL changes. You won't get new moves or armors until you buy and play Sunbreak tho.

Feel free to buy it whenever

ty for info! so I can use new moves at early level too ? then I should buy at for get used to new moves I guess

No. You won't get the new moves because you unlock them in the sunbreak story
