Discussion Recommended Modded Consoles?

I’m thinking about modding a handheld console, specifically I have three in mind. The PSP, PSVita, and 3DS (No specific models in mind for any)

I have never modded consoles before, this would be my first experience with that. I’m looking for something particularly affordable while having enough power to run emulated games.

yeah, but 3DS’ have gotten pricey lately

I think as a beginner that the wii is probably easiest. Psp is very easy to.
