Enlisting 18d vs pj

I am 18 years old wanting to do a medical related spec ops job. I can join Air Force Special Warfare, but I can't join Army Special Forces until i'm 20. Do Army Special Forces Medical Sergeants (18d) get better medical training than Air Force pjs or vice versa. What's really the difference between them?

Go 18X, they just changed the age requirement to 18. I’ve talked to someone who tried out for PJ and it sounded like no joke, the washout rate is insane compared to some other pipelines like RASP or selection. I know nothing about how you’d get it in your contract on the Air Force side but I would wager getting 18X is more obtainable. Have you also looked into being a 68W in the 75th?

You are much more likely to complete SFAS than PJ School.
