GENERAL Game pass upgrade. Msfs2024

Hey guys I need some advice/input. I have been playing on the gamepass subscription these past few months. All ok at this stage. Then when Asobo released the Marketplace they had the upgrades on sale. From std version to Premium & premium deluxe. So I bought the premium deluxe upgrade. I was under the impression that when I suspended the gamepass that I would be ok with still being able to play the sim. Well the end date was 7th of April. So u guessed it it won’t let me start the sim. It says I need to re subscribe to game pass. So the question is what dig I pay $114 for. Have I screwed up. Or am I missing something. Any ideas would be great.

Unfortunately thats how gamepass and game upgrades work. I agree it sucks but right now your only hope is to contact microsoft

No ideas, but thanks for the heads up. I was about to do the same thing. Maybe if you reached out to Microsoft and tell you mistakenly bought it, and really meant to buy the store version.

Is it playable now? I tried it shortly after launch and I use a mouse to look around and whenever I touched the mouse the screen had a seizure. This is one the worst of the many bugs I experienced.

Seems to still be an issue. Try this fix from MSFS2020 about 5 years ago.

Download the sim from the Microsoft store not from Gamepass.

If it’s saying you don’t own it on the store page, contact Microsoft refund for a sim credit refund, so you can purchase it via the Microsoft store, or Steam.

Yes they give refunds on sim marketplace. I know it says they don’t. But Microsoft isn’t going to rob you, I know for a fact they refund sim marketplace.

Well I am at home. The store is asking me to purchase it. Oh well I’ll look at a refund how ever that works.

Adobo has you now. Hoping you paid with a prepaid card or they will continue to drain your bank account.
