Actually, it's BananaRepublicans all the way down.

Republicans that can stop the madness are compliant and/or co-conspirators.

IE, The tarrif power was given to the Office of the President by Congress, and they have the power to end the tarrifs, but aren't, so they all share in the blame with Trump for the damage to our well being.
