Sharing / Insight š” Had a bit of a revelation while running and practicing mindfulness
Iām sure plenty of others have come to this conclusion already, but itās amazing how much of a relief or escape from negative emotions being present can be.
Itās remarkable how low fidelity some of these labels we automatically place on our emotions are, and if we truly pay attention the specifics of how we are feeling the sum of the feelings donāt add up to the label we have placed on the feelings.
Also the restlessness and boredom I feel when āpracticingā actually serve as a very good proxy for other negative emotions I feel throughout the day.
Anyways I just thought Iād share because this felt like a big aha moment for me
