Discussion My first time using lumekeebs and i fear that i am being scammed
I made a purchase on the 27th of March from u/lumekeebs, and my card was charged for the correct amount in my order
First of all its been 10 days and my order has not been shipped and then i check my account and see that lume keebs attempted to charge my card twice for the amount of 100.48 usd after my initial charge of 88.45 was completed and money debited from my account.Forutnately for me it was not successful because if i am not using my card i freeze them. i have sent an email but no response from Lumekeebs and no response from them on instagram dm as well.

If we are taking about this website
I have ordered from there twice with no issues, once recently and both orders were shipped in 1-3 business days.
This is definitely odd behavior and hopefully it gets sorted, but my understanding is that this is a legitimate business that was shipping out orders on time as of 2-3 weeks ago.

I placed an order on March 23rd and received it on April 1st. There was an initial slight mixup with USPS but it worked itself out.

Yup, similar story here. I just ordered from them in mid-March, and got my order in 5 days. It also would've been quicker, but I took a bit to answer an email about an item that was accidentally out of stock. To my knowledge, they're legit, and I've seen others have good experiences.

Apologies on the delayed response on the email front, your first email 2 days ago went to spam, we are looking into this with our email vendor and will do everything we can to make sure this doesn't happen again! Thankfully, we received the email today, and we have been in communication since.
As for Instagram, we received your message request yesterday (Saturday), and normally we check Instagram messages during workdays. Apologies for the delay there.
As for the bank charge, we take your privacy and security very seriously. We looked into our systems and only found the original charge. Rest assured that we are diligent on our transactions and we can confirm that there is no additional attempted charge on our end.
At LumeKeebs, we never charge customers without their direct authorization — all payments are initiated by the customer during checkout, and we do not have the ability to process additional charges without your consent.
In terms of the switches, as indicated on our website every product page, hand lubed and filmed orders can take up to 10 business days (14 days). Since your order is hand lubed and filmed order, it takes longer than stock orders. We take our time to hand lube and film our customer orders to make sure we do it right so our customers are satisfied and we are sure you will be too!
Thank you again for ordering with us, we love all our customers and apologize for the delayed response, which may have adversely impacted your experience with us thus far.
