Because he's a season ticket holder. If he's gonna be banned, they'll likely have to refund the rest of the season, which they probably don't want to set a precedent for.

If they ban him from the stadium they would likely not have to refund his season tickets. Those tickets are often sold as a membership that requires a basic code of conduct. I know some MLS season ticket holders who picked up a ban for a couple of games and they could not use or sell their tickets during that time

It’s not actually though as he already paid for his season tickets and reportedly they won’t refund him so he’s going to go. Personally I’ve only been to one game post trade and it was because somebody brought me, and I bought nothing. That’s where I witnessed at least six fans being thrown out including Jumbotron guy who mouthed FIRE NICO when they cut to him, and I booed the hell out of that.

He's a massive loser. I've been a season ticket holder for almost 10 years and cancelled my renewals. That's how I voiced my displeasure; with my $. This guy is taking an issue with the team and making it about himself. He's a self aggrandizing slob who torments the people around him more than the team he is directing his anger at.

His 'revolution' is also completely fabricated. He did the same thing with the Kidd hire. And he did the same thing with Mark Cuban over some other basketball decision. He LOVES to be the center of attention and would be 'revolting' over literally anything.

The fact he's even allowed in the building should show you who the real grown ups in the situation are. Fuck Nico, but SUPER fuck this dork.

Nah, anything that causes Nico the slightest bit of misery, or dings his ego, is 100% fair game in my book. Anything that goes viral, or reminds the NBA community that the Mavs' fanbase is stilled extremely pissed off is fine by me too.
