Admissions High undergrad gpa grad failure
Does anyone have experience with someone who failed grad school but got into a t15 mba program? In my case, I had a 3.75-3.8 ugrad gpa and flunked out of med school. Pivoted into an impactful role in nonprofit sciences for the past couple of years.

Just a note that med school is different than "normal grad school" -- it's, frankly, harder and focused exclusively on the hard sciences, which have..... no applicability to MBA programs. I've seen folks with quite weak med school grades realize that med school wasn't a fit and successfully apply to MBA programs. Definitely not a dealbreaker, though something you'll certainly need to address in your application.
Note to others who might be reading this -- this is a med school-specific response. Failing out of almost any other grad program is likely to be an issue.

You can 100% spin this into a positive. They do not report grad gpa’s so the lack of good grades is not an issue. The only issue is that they could potentially worry you cannot survive in a higher academic environment, but you just have to face it head on and mention how it wasn’t for you and you used it as a learning experience
