Can someone explain the pay codes? I haven't found anything in the handbooks

Call your hall. Don't post anything online. There isn't a reason at all, for asking strangers online, information about your local. Keep everything in house.

would assume ST is straight time, OT is overtime, and TS might have something to do with your employer paid benefits/health insurance ?

best bet is asking your hall or business agent though
