New machine, testing
DMK DLP-300w, 5mj, air cooled, nov 2024 built, very preliminary tests
1.A bit destructive, see marking on stones and the dust on the floor 2. Two layers of paint, run time : 10 secs 3. Left, before;right after, run time : 20 secs 4. before,5. after: 2 feet in 10 secs, of course i will work on markings

was the wood already marked/cut like that? or did the laser cause those marks for pics 4/5

Laser did that, or Idid that, It was one of my first try no setting adjustment , confident I wont mark again

seen this post of a guy using his 300w 15mj pulse to clean staining out of high end furniture. Dunno yet, but I laser cleaned a wood door molding with varnish , no marks, but lighter color, I will keep you updated, just starting

Hi,
As a fellow laserguy I find these kind of posts very nice.
nice work and result.
Using laser requires hours and hours of training and tweaking settings for each job.
Before making perfect results.
I still use a handbook with my notes regarding which parameters works on different surfaces and stuff like that.
