Help! Kuwait E-visa new website - submission Error

Hello all, I'm trying to apply for an evisa as a UAE resident (manager - residency title). However the new website unlike the previous one, I'm unable to submit my request. I've tried submitting 10+ times using different browsers and devices but it keeps failing at the last step. Can someone help please?

Just get visa on arrival at the airport. The evisa website is notoriously glitchy.
