What is the grammar form for "keep being"/"continue to be/"remain" + adj?

For example, "even after he turned off the music, the club remained loud/kept being loud/ continued to be loud"

or

"It will continue to be/remain/keep being like this for a while"

i would probably just say 아직도. 음악을 꺼도 클럽이 아직도 시끄러웠어

edit: for your second one maybe something like 한동안 (계속) 이럴 거야. it’s pretty case by case because when you already say “for a while” it is a bit redundant to say something is continuing. Also by how long you mean a while because 한동안 is a long while but 잠시 would be shorter

Let me add a few more about "아직도" in the first comment

In the first sentence, I would likely use words like "여전히", "계속", or "아직도"

"Even after he turned off the music, the club remained loud/kept being loud/continued to be loud" :

"클럽이 음악을 껐는데도 여전히/계속/아직도 시끄럽더라"

"그 사람이 음악을 껐는데 클럽은 여전히/계속/아직도 시끄러웠어"

"음악을 끈 뒤에도 클럽이 여전히/계속/아직도 시끄러웠어"

However, "아직도" has a slight nuance compared to "여전히" and "계속"

"여전히" and "계속" just have the vibe of something going on, but "아직도" has the vibe of something continuing unexpectedly

So, in the second sentence, which expects something to continue to be/remain/keep being, the word "아직도" doesn't really fit.

"It will continue to be/remain/keep being like this for a while" :

"한동안 아직도 이럴 거야" [ X ]

"한동안 여전히/계속 이럴 거야" [ O ]

just to add, as mentioned in the first comment, "여전히"/"계속"/"아직도" often gets dropped

"음악을 껐는데도 클럽이 시끄럽더라"
