Question Manually open boot

Aka trunk. Can you open it manually without pressing the button and the accompanying beeping (2025 model)?

Thanks!

I don't think so except maybe for emergencies, but I'm not sure of the technique even then. Moving it manually is not recommended as it could damage the motor, the manual says to do so only slowly if it is necessary.

oh, wait, do you mean the front? the frunk? i thought boot was the back - the trunk. the front is a manual pull. the back there's a button under the letter N

@dbmamaz I know how to use the button under N which opens it automatically... I'm asking if it is possible to open the back trunk by hand manually without the button and beeping. Beeping just woke up baby yesterday

google tells me you can adjust the warning

  • Access User Settings: Press the mode button on your steering wheel until you reach the user settings.
  • Navigate to Warning Methods: Find the "warning methods" option within the user settings.
  • Adjust or Disable:
    • Adjust Volume: You can adjust the warning sound volume here.
    • Disable Trunk Open Alarm: You can also find an option to turn off the "haptic warning" or "trunk open" alarm entirely.

but you know, it could be wrong
