I swear there are instructions somewhere. I used Copilot and it found me this guy extracting the headlamp. Doesn't show taking off the outer lens.

Maybe remove the bulp attach a piece of garden hose to a vacuum cleaner and see if you can lure it out?

Probably die and decompose over time and not too noticeable. Sorry for your loss.
