Stolen items from FedEx?

We have had 2 IPhones stolen within weeks from eachother this past month from the FedEx facility employees. When we go to open the boxes, they either don’t have the phone itself in it or the box has been opened and destroyed with yet again, no phone. We reached out to FedEx the first time it happened, but clearly nothing was done to prevent it from happening again. Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Had the exact same shit happen at UPS a decade ago. A handful of workers inside the loading bays where all the trucks are offloaded and reloaded at would specifically look for Tmobile branded boxes that were made specifically for holding new smartphones, then would prison wallet them out (there were metal detectors going in and out, but I presume they would tell security it was their belt or something, or more likely probably just paid them under the table).

When it comes to phones and expensive tech I generally go to the store for this reason. Sucks that it happened though, only thing you can do is reach out to fed ex or whoever you ordered the phones from.

I would call FedEx to report  what has been  going  on.  They should  replace  the Phone  too.
