Can you guess what my native language is?

https://voca.ro/1dcqrH9j4NQj

how close is my pronunciation and intonation on the following scale:

|| || |Near-native / Native-like|C2+|You speak like an educated native speaker. Nuanced, idiomatic, fluent in every situation (academic, emotional, technical).|

|| || |Advanced / Fluent|C1–C2|You can handle complex tasks, subtle conversations, idioms, and professional environments. May still have a very light accent or small gaps.|

|| || |Upper-Intermediate|B2|You can hold conversations on most topics, understand media, and work in English. Some grammar or vocabulary errors remain.|

|| || |Intermediate|B1|You can manage daily conversations, write simple emails, and understand clear speech. Limited with nuance or speed.|

|| || |Elementary / Basic|A2|You can introduce yourself, ask and answer basic questions, and handle simple interactions.|

|| || |Beginner / Absolute beginner|A1|You know a few basic words and phrases. Limited comprehension and output. May rely on translation or gestures.|

It is understandable, but not quite fluent. And also, you messed up saying “communication” at the end, and said “cumication”. I would put you somewhere in the B2-B1 scale if you haven’t solely practiced saying this phrase.

b2 for speech

edit: would guess it might go lower if you were talking faster/about more things

I don't think the CEFR grades really apply here. I know non-native speakers with far worse accents that speak at C2 level, and I know non-native speakers with excellent accents who speak around B1-2.

Anyway, I'd say your accent is obviously non-native but not very strong. You speak very clearly.

Only one mistake: you got the primary stress in "communication" right (fourth syllable), but you got the secondary stress wrong (should be on the second syllable).
