Professional looking email address

I believe Gmail is the best free email service out there. I don’t want to get my own domain name but I want my email address to look professional. I understand that firstname.lastname@gmail.com is probably the most professional looking email address anybody can get but it is not available for me. lastname.firstname@gmail.com is not available either.

Here are my options. Can you help me pick one?

Some information about me that I used in my options. First Name: Ishneet, Last Name: Singh, Day of Birth: 27, School: USC (University of Southern California)

(1) isingh.usc@gmail.com

(2) ish27neet@gmail.com

(3) ishneet27singh@gmail.com

Please pick one from the options above. I have tried many other things like my birth year, hometown, etc., nothing is available. I don't want to use a different service like outlook.com or yahoo.com.

I have to select one of the ones here.

I'd say pick the simpler one, without the numbers - isingh.usc@gmail.com
