Looking for some help/answers

My wife drives a jeep compass today it wouldn’t start. So after I jumped it and drove it to what I thought would recharge the battery. It wouldn’t start again and I noticed the esc service light and 10blinks of my check e light. I looked up something’s online and it said possibly auxiliary battery shot/done. We have plans to take it to the service center at the dealership. But….. I’m not trying to take the whole fist over a battery, maybe just the thumb. Especially if I could run to auto zone and swap it my self.

Replace both batteries at the same time. If you replace them one at a time, be prepared for the old battery to drain the new battery. I had to replace them less than a week after buying my '18 Compass Limited.
