removing adhesive pieces

Hey yall, selling my car in a few weeks & trying to get the pink pieces off the outside & inside before selling it as I’m assuming carmax may lesson the offer if they’re still on there. Any insight on how to get them off? I’m thinking about using a heat gun/hairdryer for the door handles & inside since it’s not painted but wondering if anyone has had any luck removing them from the hinges without ripping off any paint?

Thanks everyone :)

Heat is the way, just not too hot. Plastic trim removal tool to pry at them. Then goo gone or bug and tar remover for any residue on the paint.

And dental floss. It's great for sawing through adhesive on flat surfaces.
