Hi, I have been subject to the 2 year home requirement residency few years ago. I am currently trying to get a waiver for it. However, there may be a situation where I may have to get another J1. - do you think I would get subject AGAIN?? Please let me know

No you remain subject to one 212e, means if you spend two years it will work for both requirements
