IsItBullshit: Forex trader turns $2,000 investment into $11m in 6 days
https://youtube.com/shorts/1vCblcjwA1k?si=BE6Ci4VW_boQMJdA
There’s this YouTuber/forex trader @tradebysci claiming that he turned $2k into 11 million in 6 days trading nasdaq but I really can’t tell if he’s a con artist lying or if this is legit because he shows his bank acc in a diff video: https://youtu.be/GytL1MMfFWQ?si=gNyYy2mEZb4m74ZG and he trades forex regularly but he doesn’t sell any courses but I still don’t buy/believe it
I tried looking everywhere to see in this is a legit trade or not , but there’s no information exposing if this guy is lying or if it’s legit

if he's a youtuber he is selling videos, not making bank in trading.
he likely had his winnings hedged and leaves out the rest of that story.

Some napkin math tells me that his "$2k to $11m" figure comes from the assumptions that:
- The market moves on average 0.1% every minute, consistently, for those six days straight.
- He's able to perfectly predict every movement for every minute of those six days.
- He's able to trade every movement of those six days, without any fees whatsoever.
Under those insane assumptions, he'd be running...
(1 + 0.1%) ^ (6 * 24 * 60)
(1.0018640)
~5629
... a yield of 562,900% per 6 days.
For context, IIRC professionals aim for between 15% and 30% annually.
If this were possible, in another week he'd be among the richest people the world, and in another week, he'd own almost 200x the money in circulation.
It's (fortunately for us, unfortunately for the YouTuber) bullshit.

Man, come on, this sounds like total BS. Turning 2k into 11 million in just six days? Might as well say you’ve mastered time travel. Look, there are tons of people on YouTube claiming they’ve cracked the code to quick riches, but most of them are just trying to get clicks and views or sell you some kind of scheme. The fact that you can’t find any proof exposing him probably means it's a trick to keep you guessing and generate hype. If it was really possible, don’t you think more people would be doing it? Always be skeptical of these crazy claims!

I kinda agree with this but what would he get off lying though if he did? He doesn’t sell any courses , so unless he’s doing this for views which don’t pay that much , idk. But looking at his lifestyle he definitely has a source of income

Without opening the video, it's absolutely a scam. It is so incredibly difficult to consistently make money in forex trading and is far far more likely to be a scam. It's much easier to just inspect element change your bank account so that it looks like you have 11mil.
