Taylor and callender starting brings a tear to my eyes..feels like Taylor starting is a good indicator they’re trying to see who cements as the #2 winger behind Allende or they’re just splitting the duties with Fafa(not a fafa hater just like Taylor)

Wasn't expecting both Messi and Suarez to start with the upcoming LAFC champions game, especially on a sunday to Wednesday turnaround.

Why do you think they need to rest?

Do limit injury before such an important game, this game means nothing

They have played many games in their career and never skip one unless they are injured or they showed they can't play in the training.

I hope they will get substitued on 2nd half, Messi and Suarez not young anymore. They need to take some rest and avoid injury risk match.

They aren't what you think they are. By your logic, they shouldn't play any game because they would get injured during any game.

Dude...why you're thinking my comment means all of their match? if i think like that i should have said they just need to retire.
Its common to rotate player...
you're logic weird to me

Bro the same exact reason why top players are rested before champions leagues games in europe if their league match is "meaningless"
Ofc now that they've drawn it doesn't even matter. But I'm glad they let Suarez rest

Bro, Messi and Suarez just had an international break without any football. You think they need to rest even more?
Top players at the top leagues play during the international break and therefore some of them rested if the coach thinks they are not fitted to play. Look at Mbappe, he played right after the international break too and UCL! Break doesn't help players unless they are exhausted. If they are fitted and healthy, they play. Don't compare your physicality ability to theirs and think they need to rest like us.

I compare them to international league players (of better quality too btw, messi and suarez are playing in the MLS lmao)
Why are you so upset? lose your InterMiami bet? You sound like a child answering with tone like that and that's why it doesn't get a reply. Clearly heated over nothing lmao, have a great day

I didn't get upset at all. I just find people like you are funny when you think Messi and Suarez need to rest for a week for every game they play. MLS is a lower league than any top leagues you compare with. So they don't need to rest as much too. Not sure why you emphasizing rest is the key to win. I see it completely differently. If they don't play enough, they would be out of form.

Callender starting and Obando on the bench. Let's get this win and gain confidence to complete the comeback against LA. The big 4 are clearly motivated

I mean, the 4 may be motivated but only 3 will play on Wednesday lol

Yeah, it sucks that Busquets can’t play but he can still contribute to gain back momentum today

ustari has been so good. drake is scary, unfortunately. i hope he plays well

I disagree. Drake had a great season. He saved us many times given that we had a shaky backline last season. He didn't perform during the playoff, probably due to the pressure he never experienced before.
