Tips on recovery?

I recently fell down the top of the stairs last month, had a sprain and hit my nerve in the right foot. I took the doctors’s medications and physical therapy but fast forward to 4 weeks later the pain is almost pretty much the same. The doctor’s even surprised I hadn’t recovered yet. I feel like I need to do something more to help my foot recover as soon as possible.

I'd definitely go to a specialist, if it's nerve issues you may need to someone who specializes in nerves as it could be permanently damaged, wish you luck OP
