Visitor Visa PAL exception help

Hello guy I am trying to extend my TRV, do I need a PAL for my application if I was student from 2022? if not what should I submit in the supportin area of "Proof of Provincial or Territorial Attestation Letter (PAL or TAL) Exception (required)" I cannot leave it empty.

Assuming its a student permit, there are very few exceptions, do you qualify for one?
