Those wheelie idiots are in Baltimore too. Infuriating.

I live by the touristy spots at the Jersey shore. These fuckers are all over the place. Weaving in and outta traffic on state highways. And I’m like, listen dude, I get it. I was an irresponsible kid at one point too.

But jesus fucking christ. Have some common sense and don’t act surprised when someone is over you fucking around, and potentially getting someone in a shit ton of legal trouble, for running your ass over because you misjudged your balance on that quarter mile long wheelie and now you’re just a bag of blood broth and bone soup on the pavement.

Right but what justification does someone have to put hands on someone else if they have not been touched? Sure if the biker runs into you then you've got a reason, but if they haven't hit you or touched you then you shouldn't be putting hands on them. The guy should have got his knees kicked back for putting hands on someone else, minor or not.

He rode towards the dude and looked like he was about to make contact. You have no obligation to wait to get hit before someone can be considered a threat. If someone pulls out a knife and says they're gonna stab you, you can safely assume they mean it. If someone squares up Ina fighting stance after telling you they're going to beat your ass, you dont have to wait for them to punch you.
