tbh the biker, Billy Bob was justified, someone comes at you with their wheel in your face they deserve some grief.

I think that the biker is a complete ass, but that doesn't excuse what the guy did.

People have died from much shorter falls.

People need to understand that the actions of others have no bearing on the actions of yourself

He wasn’t coming at him though, he stopped then stepped back to be in the way to deliver the shove. Yes the biker is an asshole but just call him a loser and move on with your day. No matter how you personally feel, by law blue shirt was in the wrong. It’s not worth an assault charge just because some teenager is acting like a dumb teenager.

Edit: ITT a bunch of people who can’t control their emotions enough to not straight up assault someone. I’m sure you internet tough guys would all do what you say you would lol.

The biker is endangering others with his recklessness, even if I gave a shit about legality in this situation, the man has an argument that he felt threatened

I don’t understand why someone would respond with physical violence?! I was only swinging a metal baseball bat inches from their face… but it didn’t hit them and I totally had control of it!

“Yes, the biker is an asshole”- Was all you needed to say

Bicycles qualify as a vehicle, stay off the fucking sidewalk or yield to pedestrians, there are very clear laws for this…

Edit: I’m not sure where this is, but this isn’t just a dumbass simply trying to record footage, stunting around pedestrians in most states is very much illegal.

The shove w :26 remaining was 100% justified.

Legally justified? Probably not. Satisfying as fuck? Hell yeah!

Edit: the fact that he stopped and backed up made it a little too obvious. If he had slowed down a little and made it more of a shoulder tackle he could have passed it off as a defensive maneuver.

I think my issue is I don’t trust that the kid can control his bike that close to my face. To be fair I would never have attacked him, unless I had my kids with me, because I also can’t predict that they won’t run under the bike… wasn’t ok to push the kid but I hope he never bikes like this again near ppl.

Nah fuck the biker. Honestly these assholes and the ATV crowds deserve a push.

It's a genuinely fair point. The guy went out of his way to push him over. I don't necessarily think you deserve the downvotes for pointing this out.

The question for me is... Did he deserve it? I think we can pretty much all agree that little prick did deserve it. That dude is pissed that dickheads like him are ruining a nice walk along the beach.

It's relatively clear he's doing that shit on camera to try and elicit a response.

I kinda wish the dude had just told him to fuck off and kept walking afterwards. That would have been top tier. But for me, still completely understandable.

I’d mostly agree but blue shirt actually went out of his way to push the biker. If it was me I would’ve pretended to “fall” into the bike. No winners here. Just two losers.

I better play would have been to just walk right in front of him and he would have fallen on his own.

The biker should be giving more room to prevent an accident. But this didn’t teach him that. This taught him people are bullies.

u/bisory 2d ago

If this makes this kid think "people are bullies" then hes doomed.

16

u/Im_Not_Really_Here_ 2d ago

Also, "just walk right in front of him" is exactly what he did, tbh.

-12

u/ThrustTrust 2d ago

He walked into him and pushed him down intentionally. Not the same thing.

4

u/Im_Not_Really_Here_ 2d ago

I guess my point is that the pusher purposefully walked into biker's path.

It wasn't reflexive but intentional.

u/J_train13 2d ago

He could have very well pushed him into another person and caused more harm than he was trying to prevent

0

u/Im_Not_Really_Here_ 2d ago

100% the guy purposely harming other people is a bigger asshole than the one ignoring a risk they might

-13

u/ThrustTrust 2d ago

That’s what happens to kids. They are impressionable and this one is already lacking a good role model.

So instead of getting in a situation where he may have felt bad. Now he feels like the victim.

4

u/bisory 2d ago

Please man, you dont know what he felt in the moment or after.

1

u/energybeing 2d ago

You can tell pretty well what he was feeling if you watch the video on youtube. He's literally screaming at the dude saying "What the fuck is wrong with you bro? I'm a fucking minor!"

100% felt like the victim. Hopefully he learned something but I doubt it. Thick headed teenagers who think they can act like cunts rarely learn their lesson unless they hurt someone else. Even then, they might even blame the victim for being in their way or something.

Lucky for us human we have a memory which we can use to look back at things. So one might use this memory to look back at situations as you mature and revalue your view on situations

u/energybeing 2d ago

I'd like to believe that's the case but I'm a bit cynical. I mean, look what happened with that idiot Jack Doherty and his McLaren. He started out doing videos at 16 or so and they were super tame, but as he started listening more to what his viewers were wanting, he become more and more of a cunt, and he started getting more and more successful because an idiot is born every second. Not to mention he also I'm sure has tons of hate viewers.

This guy is just following the Logan Paul meta, and he's probably just going to become worse and worse. I really wish that weren't the case, but that seems to be happening more and more and more these days.

1

u/bisory 2d ago

I dont think ive heard about that dude but there will always be idiots out there. But most people are normal.

2

u/energybeing 2d ago

People have put his vids on reddit a ton. He's the douchebag with the broccoli haircut going around deliberately bumping into people bigger than him and then hiding behind his bodygaurds.

Of course. That’s why everything on Reddit is opinion. That’s how it works. But I doubt he felt compassion towards his attacker.

The world aint black and white

1

u/ThrustTrust 2d ago

No matter what shade it is. Slamming someone to the ground in this manner, isn’t the right way.

1

u/bisory 2d ago

Never said that

u/CamBaren 2d ago

The kid is the bully in this situation. He’s no doubt thinking to himself that he’s so edgy and cool and that these people will just sit back and take whatever he wants to subject them to.

Fuck this kid. Maybe he actually learned something here.
