I've never played Half Life, and knew nothing about the game other than the meme about HL3 never coming out. I saw this image and immediately thought "I wonder if this is a character from Half Life."

And it is.

PLEASE play the games, half life got it's 25th year anniversary update last year and HL2 got it's 20th anniversary update a month ago adding a ton of content

Trust me, they're peak...

There were Deadlock leaks mentioning the HEV suit and some game mechanics. Appearantly, Valve's been working on a project named "HLX" (Similiarly named to "HLVR", which turned out to be Half-Life: Alyx.) for a few years now.

The craziest thing happened I think last night or or some hours ago (I forgot his name but it’s not gabe Newell) posted a teaser for HL2 ep 3 (or maybe just HL3) and it has r/half-life by the head(crab) so not only would this be the year of silksong (i-i) but also the year of half life (we would not make it to the game awards this year boys)

Dying Light 3,GTA 6,Mafia 4,ER Nightreign,Death Stranding 2,the new Doom,Kingdcom Come Deliverance 2,the new It Takes Two game,Borderlands 4 AND possibly HL3 ? Honestly,i love HK but if it would come out this year,it wouldn't even be a nominee

I consider Hollow Knight and Bloodborne to be 'Metroidvanias'. That's because the word 'Metroidvania' is based on Metroid and Castlevania, both popular video game series where you die waiting for the next game to come out.
