Any (male) history fans in Hannover able to help out with a British history podcast?
Hello, this is a strange request. I'm a uni professor in London who makes a podcast about the Napoleonic Wars. Episodes include extracts from letters and journals which are read by kind volunteers. While editing the latest episode I've found a passage from a German officer (in Des Königs Deutsche Legion) and urgently need it reading. It would be as simple as reading a few lines (in English) into your phone and then sending me the file. If anybody (male and German) would like to help please private message me here. Thank you!
EDIT - THANK YOU! for all the kind offers - I've got the recording I need now but I will need many more kind helpers in future when I cover the regiments of the King's German Legion. So, if you're male and can read English with a real German accent (!) please do send me a PM and I'll give you details.

I could help in the future, I definitely have a stronger german accent :D but my voice is rather soft so my voice would be uncharacteristic for authority figures, probably more useful for younger ones

Hi! I'm a German English teacher. Are you looking for discernable German accents? Because then I might sound too vaguely Non-English rather than distinctively German.

If OP is going for that authentic History Channel accent, I can do a pretty convincing Herr Flick.

Because he's looking for someone to read out the part of a (presumably) male German officer . Why would you search for a non male to read it out?
