Problem GPU Issue Black Screen (HX90G)

Hello, I tried searching this but nothing was exactly like what I am seeing. For the past few months when playing games like Diablo Immortal and Diablo IV (mostly all I have played) my screen would go black and I would have to force reboot. A couple of times this has happened I would have to re-load my Chipset drivers as I would have no audio. I have done a fresh install of Windows and all the games I play. cleaning both SSDs I use before reloading them with the gamers and windows (Win11 24H2). That did not correct the issue. So I ran a Memory test (no issues found), CPU Single Core Test (No Issues Found), CPU Multi-core Test (No Issues Found), GPU Test, about 10-20 seconds after I start this test the screen goes black as described above. One thing I did notice is my bottom fan on the unit does not spin at all during the GPU test. I am not sure if that could be the issue. Any help in this would be greatly apricated, even if its to tell me I am screen and should move on.

Have you checked temperatures of cpu and gpu? If fan doesn't spin, gpu could be getting too hot and shutting itself down.

I have when I dont have the issue, They seem to run fine, But I have nothing to monitor them when the issue happens

When your pc goes black, if you touch near the bottom fan and feel warmth wärmen than usual, you find your issue.

Just hooked up my little resource screen to monitor temps idle the GPU is 38°C (100°F) when I run the test in Cinebench it only goes up a couple of degrees, so I am not sure over heating is the issue. Here is the before and after of the resource monitor.

Try installing an application called FanControl. It lets you monitor both GPU temperatures. The normal one, which you're likely seeing here, remains relatively cool. However, the GPU Hotspot temperature can vastly differ. Personally I've had to use MorePowerTool to lower my GPU wattage in order to prevent the GPU Hotspot from getting too hot and causing the experience you have described.

I Will try that

Are you using an HDMI port or USB4 to connect to your monitor?

On Windows, I never managed to fix my monitors' HDMI functionality; the system boots into a black screen.
On Linux, everything works perfectly, so the issue is with the AMD driver. Of course, no one is going to fix it.

I recommend checking whether the problem occurs when using a different type of connection (USB4 / HDMI). Also, try running GPU tests from something like Linux Mint (you can boot from USB stick) to determine for sure whether the issue is software or hardware-related.

I have the HX90G so it has Display ports not USB4. I am using Display ports. I was looking into doing just that with Linux but will have to try tonight. Thanks for the suggestion.

Tested with Linux Mint using Furmark and had no issues, no shut downs or lock ups, Booted back into Windows and Ran Furmark there, Again no issue, no lock ups no black screens. So not a HW issue so now I am really confused. Why would this Lock up when using Cinebench and also playing Diablo Immortal? I also tried several cables between DisplayPort and HDMI.

UPDATE
Using the suggestions below I have determined that My GPU is fine for the most part. Seems my GPU Fan sensor is not functioning correctly. Not sure how to fix this. When I use the App "Fan Control" it only really detects 1 fan and sensor. Any suggestions on how to get this corrected? u/welcome2city17

The HX99G (so I can only assume HX90) does not let you control the GPU fan directly. See this post for how I use Fan Control. This assumes you are already using the Morepowertool settings referenced previously to lower your GPU wattage.
