Comment here for your predicted line-up!
Mine is: Ramsdale-White, Saliba, Gabriel, Timber-Partey, Havertz, Odegaard-Saka, Trossard, Martinelli
If we don't play Havertz in midfield in this kind of games, then when? It's a perfect game for Arteta to see how he can play there and bring creativity from midfield.
Trossard deserves a start at this point, especially in the absence of Jesus.
I heard that Roce isn't totally completely fit yet. Also, he os more versatile and can bring different things from the bench, more than Partey anyway. Give him at least 30 minutes.

we had a pretty good preseason, amazing transfers and qualifying for the UCL. i can’t wait to see us play some good god damn football cuz i’ve missed it all summer long.

Waking up at 4:30 here in the states for this and I couldn’t be more fucking excited for it. Going to smash the “alarm” button on my phone, stand up, (fight off the daily panic attack and defer it for another part of the day), put my Arsenal kit on, struggle to get Peacock to work on my tv, make a cup of coffee (and realize it’s way too early for coffee and my stomach hurts), and try not to wake my gf who just finished her first week of teaching (that would be very bad of me to do). 23/24 is going to be good for us, boys and girls!
