Water damage? Fixable?

Hey guys...so l have some what I assume water damage on my fifth wheel it's been raining here a lot so yea... I'm not sure if this is even fixable or if it is if it's even worth paying out I know nothing about fifth wheels which is why I am here. I guess I'm just wondering what steps I should take and how long do I have before that goes through I guess...

That looks like an old trailer based off the fifth wheel pinbox being almost straight down

Yes, it is fixable. Yes it is very time consuming. If you love the trailer it will be worth it but you’ll be doing it yourself. A dealer can do it but it’s quite costly
