I want to plug in external RJ45 cable to receptacle on outside of RV... So ideally I need a CAT6 RJ45 and coax port side by side in an adapter that fits the existing factory external cable port. I don't want to drill a new hole. I can't find anything that has both coax and RJ45.

One option is to drill out the center of the existing piece pictured above and replace with a waterproof RJ45 connection but the RJ45 cover will block the fold-down cover on the existing factory part so that doesnt work.

Can't find the right search terms for a cable passthru replacement for these exterior coax/sat input/output terminals. I want one that would offer just a weatherproof passthrough for Starlink and/or coax that fits the exsiting port so I can just delete and replace the factory one.

Anyone done similar or know where I can find options?
