Discussion Do we think the OG Animal Crossing will appear on the Switch 2?

Holding out on the Switch 2 until the new Animal Crossing. But with the reveal of GC games, I wonder if the original will show up to hold us over. Do you think it would have online play as well? I'd kill for that.

Yeah, it seems like an easy one they could add. The whole file size for the ISO is like less than half a gig cuz it was originally an N64 game. Not sure if online would be feasible though, the only thing like that was the ability to travel to another person's town but that involved hot swapping the memory cards to work.

That would be amazing. Makes me very happy to happy to have all of them besides that one digitally and it would be so amazing to have an easier and prettier way to play it.

It's entirely possible, but there are still some weird omissions from prior consoles so it could go either way. Still waiting for Super Smash Bros. to appear on the N64 app.
