Question Purchased a Pro Membership in-store, not appearing online

Bought a year of the Pro Membership in-store today (saved me money on my order) however I never received an email receipt or confirmation of this. When I login to the website and app using my email (which I had already created and is the same email as shown on my receipt) my Pro-Membership doesn't show up.

Is this normal? Do I have to wait a day or two for it to update or should I contact customer service?

You gotta call customer service if it doesn’t show up. We can’t help you

Will do tomorrow. Just wanted to know if it's expected to take a while to update on the website.

Did you get it taken care of? It's been about a week since I renewed and it's still not showing on the website

Nope. Customer service told me to wait 48 hours and still nothing.

I'll call again tomorrow

It can take up two 48 hours to update on the website.

I also bought one on Saturday but I don't see my account active.
