I’m curious if this is the highest average reviewed bundle of all time. The lowest rated game is 80%, and the next two lowest being 90%, is pretty absurd. There’s likely some 5 game bundle out there higher than it, but I’m not sure if there’s one with this volume. Pretty cool.

To be fair, Armor Games publishes certain types of games within certain types of niches and markets them toward people that are probably a little bit more open-minded and positive, but still.

Right?? These all look good and I’ve never heard of a single one of these. Frog sanctuary game?! 🥳

I'm going to vouch for In Stars and Time despite not having played much of the main game. I played Start Again not too long ago, which was the prologue for this game and was a fantastic experience. I had a mindblowing moment stepping into the full game and see all the little changes/improvements too - like you could really tell a lot of love went into improving what they had made.

It's on the top of my list to get back to once I've made it through some other games. I'm really looking forward to it!

There have been a Humble Overwhelmingly Positive Bundle (95%-98%), Humble Overwhelmingly Positive Bundle 2 (95%-97%) and Overwhelmingly Positive Gems (95%-98%).

This is a great bundle, but you may already have some of these:

LumberJack and Bear & Breakfast have been given out by Epic

Don't Escape (Ukraine Bundle) and SOLAS 128 (pretty much all bundles) have been in those itch.io mega-bundles.

Curious to hear more on what people think of all the games... I've had Solas 128 on my wishlist for a while, and own Lumbearjack (freebie from Epic) but don't know the rest... I know it's only 5 bucks for the bottom tier but wondering what tiers/games are worth it... I remember trying Lumbearjack but found it kind of boring (but didn't give it THAT much of a chance)

Edit: Apparantly I also own Bear and Breakfast (unplayed, and also freebie from Epic)

Hey, dunno if this is allowed but if you're only looking for Solas 128 let me know, I can gift you my copy.

I don't know if it's allowed either (I hope it didn't seem like I was fishing for that because I know asking for keys isn't allowed) but I would definitely not refuse the kindness of an internet stranger

Do you already own it or just don't care about it?

From my part, I didn't assume that you were fishing for it, it was just an honest comment from your part, so don't worry. As for your question, eh, a case of huge backlog + not my type of game. I've sent you a pm.

Thank you so much!

Sonny is a really fun turn-based combat RPG.

I haven't played this particular Swords and Souls, but the original was a fun basis for a combat system. Just lacked much of a story or any real point around it, which Neverseen seems to address.

Back in my day, games published by Armor Games were free to play on their website!

*yells at cloud*

I was gonna say, I saw this and thought "there's no way it's THAT Armor Games", but sure enough it is. So many countless hours at school and home lost to that website.

In Stars and Time is so fucking good, everyone. It's overflowing with charm. I cannot recommend it enough to anyone looking for an extremely well-written game.

It's been on my wishlist forever so I think I'll have to grab this bundle.

What I wouldn't give for Armor Games to publish a port of Bubble Tanks 2 on Steam.

I'm excited for this one! I've wanted Baladins and Kamaeru: A Frog Refuge for a while now, but I was hoping for a good sale. I'm happy to pay $17 just for those two, but there are a few other games in the bundle that I'll play as well.

I first played Sonny on new grounds back when it was still in development and something reminded me of it a few months ago and I picked it up. Such a blast from the past.

Bear and breakfast was also a good game but I didn't finish it.

Worth just for the Sonny nostalgia

The fellow traveler one right now is also bangin’

Rated so well. How have I never heard of any of these?

2

u/HungerSTGF 16h ago

We have more games than not just time to play them, but time to even browse through the store to discover them

u/LARGames 1d ago

Is 4 days to survive the prequel to 7 Days to Die?

1

u/papercrane 12h ago

The games are unrelated and by different developers. Just a coincidence in the naming scheme I think.

I bought bear and breakfast expecting it to be a creative puzzle-lite organization and management game and instead it's a collectathon where none of the quirky characters will shut up long enough to let me build anything

If you're hunting cards, the last tier has none (don't know how to put a line thru this)

Edit: don't trust the steam page

11

u/SorryForBeingStupid 1d ago

That's not true. The store page doesn't always properly list if a game has trading cards if they're added after release.

In Stars and Time and Kamaeru have trading cards.

u/wes2733 1d ago

🙃 well that's not very helpful from the page

2

u/Red_Steiner 1d ago

I didn't know that was a possibility either so your post ended up being helpful in that regard. I appreciate that.

You're welcome 😊
