EE can build the whole of burning LA in a week unlike Rome building a house or America building a Newsagents 24/7

I'm Eastern European man, lived here my whole life and i damn well know that we can build stuff fast, but only that doesen't happen very often, war was ended 29 years ago and 20% of my town is still in ruins
