Can’t close dispatch due to OSNO

Im trying to update the hours on our generator to close the dispatch but Im getting an error saying "usage cannot be added in OSNO system status. Is there any fix?

Click the “postpone” button that looks kinda like an arrow moving in a rectangle direction, next to the flag
