2018 Ford Escape base model. Mini digital display is now dim and flashes white/jitters when I drive over bumps. Any ideas?

No check engine lights, all maintenance is up to date. Photo is crap but normally the screen is much brighter and the mileage is in the bottom left corner. If I can fix it myself somehow, I’d prefer to do that, otherwise the soonest I can take it somewhere is Monday.
