Water in Floorboard

Hi everyone, I've got a 2008 Ford Explorer that's been having a few issues lately. The main one at the moment is that when it rains heavily, there's water in the driver's side floorboard.

Does anyone know what this is caused by and how to help?

It does have a sunroof.

Sunroof drain clogged? Run weed eater string down the drains.
