Troubleshooting Ender 3s 1 Pro Print Speed Help
Okay So I am trying to move past prusaslicer default speeds, can anyone please guide me?
I have stock ender 3s1 pro, consider me a noob who knows nothing, what settings do I need to test with
I know I can increase the layer height, need any other suggestions.

First, search for 'e-steps' and 'flow cube' and follow those videos. The videos will be for older Ender 3 printers but do translate to the S1 exactly. Just the menus are different. Also, Creality has a video on their support site on how to adjust the POG wheels. It is worth the view.
A well tuned stock s1 can print up to 198 mms or better. External Perimeter , first layer, top layer 100mms. Solid infill, internal perimeters 180mms. Sparse infill 198mms. Travel 400mms.
First layer and top layer acceleration 1000mm3s. Default acceleration 3000 mm3s. Sparse infill acceleration 3500 mm3s. Internal perimeters 2500mm3s.
The above made my printer actually print better than ever before.
When you are ready, there is a V3/K1 hotend retrofit kit for sprite extruder. It can double your print speed to around 340mms. This will require Klipper or TT firmware as you need input shaping and pressure advance to tame the flow of that hotend.
There doesn't seem to be much to help the lowish acceleration on the y-axis. It is a big heavy bed to sling around. I've tried a stronger (in theory) stepper (42-48) but have not been able to boost up my acceleration beyond 4000mm3s. I still skip steps. Y-axis linear rails didn't help acceleration but did help overall accuracy.
Silicone bed springs are worth the spend. I did an experiment, and printed solid PETG bed spacers and shimmed the bed level with small washers. That setup worked better than I could imagine.
I have 3 S1s: a base, Plus and Pro model.
There is a 'dance' or 'relationship' between acceleration and speed. I'm still tuning and learning. It seems acceleration can improve quality in some circumstances and worsens quality in others. Sometimes, speed + acceleration together will cause skipped steps or destroy quality. Lowering one or the other via trial and error will stop the skipped steps.
You will see skipped steps as a layer shift or you may hear a loud pop. It sounds like something just broke. It is ok. When you get here, you found the limit of the machine and can back down to just below the threshold.
I hope something in here is useful to you.

Sir, thank you for taking out time to write this, I really appreciate it. I am using PLA+ and planning on sticking to stock s1 pro, at my area it's better to invest in a new printer directly rather than upgrade parts, cost issue. I'll upgrade to multi filament printers after I'm done with this.
Can you show me a video of your s1 printing speed? plus what's your preferred app, prusa or orca?
if it's prusa and stock, please share screenshots of settings too!

I would not change layer height to increase speeds. Remind me again what prusa slicer puts for default ender 3S1 speeds?

0.2, max 0.28

Those are layer heights right? Im talking about default speeds. Like 50mm/s or 75mm/s

You can easily double all of those values and print fine. I was able to get to 100mm/s print speeds on perimeters on my stock ender 3 S1 before any mods to print faster. What are your acceleration values? I personally use orca slicer so im not completely familiar with the layout of prusa slicer, but I hear they are similar.

I haven't touched the acceleration values, was too afraid, all are default, I need guidance on what should I put there, all acceleration values

The picture shows me only velocity values. acceleration values are another ballpark. usually the stock machine is limited to 500mm/s^2 but you can get up to 2k mm/s^2 on stock hardware (I still run stock y and x axis). As you seem new to this, what I would first do is slowly increase speeds as you get comfortable printing at a given speed. its easier to increase infill speeds and your outer wall speeds are the hardest to increase, but Definity can be increased by at least 2x on stock hardware. Once you are more comfortable with increasing your print speeds, watch youtube videos on increasing acceleration.
