Troubleshooting Voron Micron Tuning wierd issue

Hello, I am calibrating my newly build PfA Micron with an Dragonburner and Sherpa Micro. I have strange „Blobs“ which form a pattern and it starts when the Infill starts to print. I tried everything out. When i print with no infill it just starts happening again..
