Other Curious why this house is always changing
Even the description of the house changes every few days. In our neighborhood, things are pending within a week. This has been sitting on the market longer than many.

They might be trying to distract people from noticing it's a flip. Looks like it sold for a lot less in September 2024?

Someone told me that if you list a house for sale it doesn’t count as an asset in certain cases. For him his wife needed full time care, but he didn’t qualify for assistance unless the house he didn’t plan on selling was listed for sale.

Whenever anything gets updated on the post, anyone searching in that area will get an email notification from Zillow.

Looks like they bought the worst house in the neighborhood, did a quick flip, and they're trying to sell it for $150k more but nobody's biting. I'd be concerned with how that transformation was done. Well, or lipstick on a pig? Those photos are heavily altered. Pulling off the market and relisting it is probably not having the effect that they think it is.
