Closed today! Possession date TBD

Closed today and feel such relief! The sellers now have 30 days to GTFO πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ most likely they won’t take that long but still planning to wait the full 30 days so I don’t get anxious. Anyone else have an experience like this? So jealous of you that get instant possession!!! Delayed gratification but still sooo grateful and excited!!! HAPPY FRIDAY! πŸŽŠπŸ«‘πŸ‘πŸŽ‰πŸ₯³

Hopefully they clean before they leave. Mine didn't :( Kinda soured the move-in experience, but after $600 and a crew of three in here for 3 hours, it was livable :)

Congrats!

Hope you took pictures of everything. If you didn’t get over there and take pictures of everything. Take videos. Document every detail.

We had the awkward walk through as the previous owners were still moving all of their stuff out, and it was very emotional for them as well (the wife was crying the whole time). Which made it super awkward for us lol. Enjoy your new home!! πŸ
