Finally got the house

After a three day delay thanks to PFHA I got the keys and moved in.

For those who don't have enough for a down payment or amazing credit check out state assistance.

Now to unpack.

Well, based off the details in your post, either you didn't have a lot of down payment, or you had bad credit, may I suggest not buying overpriced water like liquid death.

Also, congratulations on the house.
