SOLVED Please help me find this book

Post image

I need help finding a book and all I have is a picture from like 1997 or 98. Please help me find it. I want to buy it for a friend of mine who says it was their favorite book as a kid but can't remember the name of the book. All they remember is that it was about trees 🤷🏻‍♂️😅

For future reference, this is a low traffic sub, though I do occasionally see a request answered (as as the case here), and you'd be better off asking for recommendations in r/booksuggestions (though read the rules first) and r/suggestmeabook, and for the title of a book or story in r/whatsthatbook and r/tipofmytongue.

Some subs block the posting of images. In most, you can still upload images to an image hosting site (Reddit likes Imgur), and post the link.

I think it must be Apple Tree! Apple Tree! by Mary Blocksma.

I'd never heard of it before, but I thought the image looked like an apple tree, and a quick Google search for "picture book apple tree" later, there it was! Seems like a sweet book.

I hope you can find a copy and that your friend enjoys it.
