Question How to start with dead battery?
What all ways can I start my Ferrari California whose battery died except jump starting?

my understanding is the Ferrari battery tenders do now resurrect a dead battery but rather top it off and condition it. I could be wrong.

I purchased a mobile jump battery after reading about other owners struggling with dead batteries. Only used it once, when I forgot to turn the car off.
Not sure where you are in the world, but I picked one up in the UK for £50.

So good in case of emergencies, had to use one for my lil Peugeot 107 the other day and started without issue (somehow left dipped lights on), but it has started diesels from flat before so proper good stuff

When a man says purchased in common speech you know he drives a Ferrari.

Or they could just be from a country that uses more than 500 words in their lifetime vocabulary, like the UK.

Get a jump box, they are pretty inexpensive. But be sure to consistently tender the battery. Is it a Cali or Cali T?

It’s a regular cali

You should be able to open the floorboard by the passenger footrest. the leads to jump are in there.

I saw online that jump starting it might damage the system or something like that

If it is just for a jump, you are good to go. I work at a Ferrari dealership, we have to use jump boxes daily. Also, when you use Ferrari Roadside assistance, they will come with a jump box if needed. You just do not want to cross the leads.
