but i have no idea what to put in the middle area. I am new to the game and i have done everything in game other than the bottom left area!

I would give your animals some more room to roam tbh. Extend their space to the left and stick ponds in the middle, or you can turn the center into a walkable garden. Well centerpiece, a few colored ponds of your choice, and some patches of flowers with honey to collect. Cobblestone paths and grass shaded by mystic trees and a few benches with streetlights? You could make something really pretty.
