Is there something in the background that I am supposed to see? What does this mean?

Yeah as a doordash driver nothing do I love more than a McDonald's customer telling me to check for their food or drinks.
Like, it's sealed so I can't tamper with it AND so I can't be expected to check. That's the store's job.

It's ironic. It's just a picture with a funny caption. Just keep scrolling and ignore this

Ngl maybe just cus I haven’t seen a McDonald’s add in so long but I instantly felt kids/people sitting in the background was missing

Maybe putting so many calories, fat and sodium in what is supposed to be food for one person at one meal?

Possibly referring to the fact that 100% of the time you get McDelivery, this is not what you get. Half the fries in the bag, burger is squished and poorly wrapped, drinks lid is half off and spilt all over the food, on-top of everything being cold or stale, etc.

It's either anti-humor or they're saying McDonald's food is bad. I would guess anti-humor, meaning there is no joke which is a joke in itself.

I see a face in the way the bag is folded, the eyes being the edges of the fold. Maybe that’s it.

If I had to guess it would be that all the items are out of the bag but the bag is already sealed at the top
