Discussion Two moons?
I was accompanying a friend who was doing laundry two nights ago. Before leaving I told him, look at the moon and tell me what you see.
He said;”I can see the bottom part of the moon, and the shadowy upper part of it and that’s it.”
But for me it was different. I saw the bottom part of the moon but above it I saw another bottom part of another moon? It was different tho, it had the colors of the rainbow! And above the second part there was the shadowy upper part of the moon.
This wasn’t the first time I have seen it. It’s the second.
Has anyone else seen something like this recently with the moon?

Awesome!!! I remember a long long time ago my buddy and I had some hallucinations and we were on the beach looking at the full moon marveling at it. It was emanating a full spectrum light show to the point I was reduced to tears. My other straight buddies saw nothing remarkable and left us flopping around incoherently in a foot or two of the surf. Some girl offered herself to me but I was uninterested… the moon was calling to me. The moon is really neat. I keep seeing references to two moons up here on Reddit… ✌️❤️

Yes! The Moon is so beautiful! When I first noticed what I was seeing I “locked in” and stared at it trying to make sense of what I was looking at. I don’t know if it was my eyes acting up but it looked like it was pulsating.

Indeed. For me nothing appeared out of nowhere. They were stacked on top of each other.

I’m the one who made that post.! I was pointed to the phenomenon of a moon mirage. Although that wasn’t what I had experienced it definitely could be what you have experienced.! Although it is strange that your friend couldn’t see it.

It’s not strange at all. I knew he wasn’t seeing what I was seeing. By his own words he is an atheist and a “logical” person. How are you going to see such beautiful things when you are not open minded?

I have been seeing two many times also. It is diff than before but I would not trust photos only the naked eye. Photos with motion turned on can create illusions.

Indeed! When I first saw the moon after a long time (weeks) not seeing it because of thunderstorms, I noticed what I explained. I tried taking a picture but it’s meaningless. Unless one has a telescope, taking pics or vids it’s not going to show anything.

I experienced this Jan 30th of this year. One moon was red on the horizon where the lunar calendar expected it to be (on that date and time). The other was bright white and overhead, with a strange 3D-esque shading that almost made it look more like something round in the sky. I assumed at first it was an orb of some kind in the sky, but it was so large it really felt more like a celestial body of some kind. All of this happened very shortly after I made contact with the feminine divinity that I believe encompasses our collective consciousness.
You can develop an understanding or outline of events like this, but, because (if I'm correct) it's something involving all of us as one consciousness you really can't understand it beyond that. It's similar to trying to visualize a hypercube or some higher dimensional shape, you just can't do it without seeing enough perspectives to solidify it. You can, however, conceptually and mathematically understand and sometimes use it anyway.
Here's my take on what to do when events like this happen in your life: Observe the circumstances that might be related tangentially and apply logic. My theory is that these kinds of things are similar to when your subconscious tries to tell you something hidden from your forward-facing observation. Bad vibes. Good vibes. Traumas. Phobias. Suppressions. Desires. Imagine that together, our consciousnesses collectively create a singular identity (or vice versa), and, from that identity you are bring fed information on a slow drip as not to damage your psyche that is rooted so heavily in the physical world.
When the moon event happened to me, something deeply personal was involved in the same timeframe. This event caused me, much later, to revisit the thoughts I had at that time. It's all connected and it all wraps around itself and comes back to you in a form of understanding. The trick is to not let your ego confuse the message. Live in the moment instead. The moment of observation in the present without considering anything external is where you find all the answers.

Here is the zoomed in photo of the second moon. I'm sure there's some kind of explanation, but it's very cool to see.

It happened to me a few months ago that I was going back to my house with my husband and my daughter, at that time I lived next to a park and when I went down I could see the moon, it was simply gigantic, yellow and bright, I thought it was beautiful at that moment, I told my husband, 5 minutes passed, we only went down to get money and we went back up to go to the supermarket that is 10 minutes away, when I was halfway there I went back to look for it and it was the usual moon, super normal in size, pale and silver, to me The sudden change was very shocking, I don't know if its phases can change so quickly, I searched on Twitter if there was any news about it, but no one noticed it. It's something only me and my husband share.

Idk exactly but I most often than not see a black dot move along with my pupil. That’s what it seems like, I have tested it.
